If you change your mind for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions, your return will be refunded to you at an additional cost;

Full priced items are eligible for a full refund;
FULL PRICE
Full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit;
SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
FINAL SALE
Items marked "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges" are not returnable. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be returned to you at an additional cost;
PROMOTIONAL CODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that offers a discount on the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
SWIMMING
All swimwear must be tried on with underwear, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-returnable;
RETURN SHIPPING
We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure that you can return the item within the return period.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. onesumr.com is not responsible for lost deliveries received from a return. We encourage you to return your items via registered or trackable postal service, as returned packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by onesumr.com
RETURNS PROCESSING TIMES
We strive to process refunds daily, but please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@onesumr.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
